The following are known issues that are currently being worked on with the website, please contact me if you find any others that are not mentioned here!
- Digital codes are still processing as physical products, adding delivery/postage charges at checkout. Currently there are approximately 17000 codes on the site and it’s taking a while to get to the root of the problem. As a workaround, use of the LOCKDOWN voucher code at checkout should remove postage (it will say free) plus give 10% off the value. However, I would suggest holding on until the fix is done, there will be discounts coming as soon as it’s working correctly!!If you are urgently in need of placing an order, please contact me and I will manually invoice you.
- Product searches are sometimes resulting in missing products, or not showing all results. This is applying to both digital and physical products at the moment, I thought I’d found the cause but then the issue returned shortly after. Again, I’m working on this and am hoping it will be fixed as soon as possible!
