There are at least three different editions:
1. First edition (1979) has a silk-screened cover. Left hand corner of the back cover reads: “design & silk-screen printing”.
2. The 1981 reissue has an standard cover with white on black “numbers” labels identical on both sides (this one). Other versions have white labels or purple labels.
3. Later reissue in blue marble vinyl edition (1990).
